El cambio climático está provocando la disminución de muchas especies vegetales y la desaparición de sus hábitats naturales. Flores sencillas, como el Crocus Carpetanus, el Narcissus Rupicola, o la Papaver Rhoeas, frecuentes hoy en el Monte Abantos, pueden faltar dentro de unos años de este entorno, y para recordarlas, en esta serie aparecen vestidas con sus mejores galas, como si fueran reliquias de un tiempo pasado.
Estas imágenes nacen dentro del Proyecto Imagina Escorial, especial Cambio Climático, en el que se ha propuesto una reflexión profunda sobre este tema que afecta a todos, enfocándolo desde una perspectiva local.

Climate change is causing the decline of many plant species and the disappearance of their natural habitats. Simple flowers, such as the Crocus Carpetanus, the Narcissus Rupicola, or the Papaver Rhoeas, frequent today at Monte Abantos, may be missing from this environment in a few years, and to remember them, in this series they appear dressed in their best clothes, as if they were relics of a past time.
These images are born within the Imagina Escorial Project, special Climate Change, in which a deep reflection on this issue that affects everyone has been proposed, focusing it from a local perspective.
